I first met Brooke in middle school. We never really had classes together or hung out with the same people, but we were always friendly to one another. After high school, we lost touch until good old Facebook put us back in touch with each other.
One afternoon she contacted me and asked if I traveled for weddings because she wanted me to shoot hers. She had ended up living about 2 hours away from where we graduated high school. After reassuring her that I do indeed travel, I found out there was a catch. Nathan hadn’t actually proposed yet, though she suspected it was coming.
Since I had been stalking admiring Brooke’s Pinterest boards for quite some time, I knew her wedding would be one I’d love to shoot. We both just had to wait for Nathan to pop the question!
Several months later I hear from her and a wedding date had been set! Brooke has such class and elegance about her and every detail of her wedding was simply perfect. And much of it was DIY she did herself!
See those hangers? Brooke did those!
They opted for a first look at a nearby local park.
As they approached the end of the aisle after being pronounced Mr. & Mrs., they were treated to a shower of rose petals.
Groomsmen never fail to entertain!
