While I was so excited to do this session, I was also a little sad.  I remember having this girl in class when I subbed a lot right after college and she was in the 1st grade!  We were supposed to shoot outdoors at a nearby park but a few minutes after I left for it, I ran into pouring rain.  Since she was all dressed and ready to go, we decided to just move the session to the studio.  She rolled with all the changes like a champ and we even captured a few outdoor portraits beside the studio as the rain cleared.

Now can I mention how jealous I am of her hair?  It was insanely humid after the rain passed and her hair looked just as awesome even after shooting outdoors as it did when she first arrived.
