It’s not too often I hear brides say they hoped for snow on their wedding day.  But Halie was one such bride.  While we didn’t have snow, there was a definite chill in the air for this late November wedding at The Pearl Club in Owensboro.

Red was one of her wedding colors so how perfect that these bushes provided a coordinating backdrop for their formal portraits.

Real flowers make such an elegant statement and the bride put together her own bouquet.

As I was upstairs getting ready for the ceremony to start, I look over the balcony just in time to see dad going down to meet daughter and walk her up the aisle.

This is one of the neatest guest book ideas I’ve seen.  Each guest signed a wooden heart, and then dropped it in slots located at the top sides of the E frame.
