Ana and Dalton are finally married y’all! Dalton hired me to shoot their wedding in 2019, after shooting his sisters wedding. Originally, I was scheduled for their wedding in September of 2020. But I think we all know what happened in the year 2020 (and if for someone reason you’ve been leaving under a rock, I’m talking about Covid).

Last summer they told me they decided to push their wedding back a year due to the pandemic. Honestly, I thought that wasn’t a bad idea given all that was going on and all we knew about covid and just knew the world would be in a much better place by the time their wedding rolled around. I most definitely didn’t think we’d still be dealing with it like this a year and a half later!

Sadly, much of the brides family, including the father who was to give her away, contracted covid a few days before the ceremony and was unable to be there. However, thanks to a tripod and a cell phone, her dad was able to be there via live stream and Ana did a phenomenal job still finding the joy in her wedding day.

They chose The Venue at 939 Adams St. in Bowling Green, KY for their ceremony and reception and I think I fell in love with the place.

They’ve had photos with this truck since prom! It appears in so many of their pictures and belonged to the grooms grandfather. So we had to capture it for this important milestone as well.
