After Kassie & Ty’s wedding, I’m convinced every wedding needs a mechanical bull.

Their July wedding day started out humid, but sunny and beautiful. As we were finishing up bride getting ready images, and Kassie and her bridesmaids were getting ready to leave, a strong storm appeared from nowhere. It absolutely poured.

The getting ready venue is located in Hawesville and owned by the bride’s family, is absolutely stunning, and perfect for a getting ready venue.

In the middle of shooting the images below, the clouds rolled in fast!

Thirty minutes later we were back to sunshine!

After reading letters from each other, they opened beautiful gifts.

Both groups were so much fun to work with!

We had little space to work with outside the church for portraits, but there was this beautiful flowering bush at the very edge of the church. It made for some beautiful portraits!

Enter the mechanical bull! I think there was a line on for it all night long. Definitely something fun to have at your wedding.

And if you are at Reid’s, the must have portrait is down the tree lined road.
