Blue and Green Fall Pearl Club Wedding | Owensboro Wedding Photographer
A fall Pearl Club wedding. When my favorite time of year and one of my favorite outdoor wedding sites combine, you know the wedding day is going to be good. As Megan and Bryan’s wedding day approached, the forecast just called for rain. And rain it did. Off and on all day long.
We shot the formal portraits in the misty rain. We shot the bridal party portraits in the misty rain. Even shot bride and groom portraits in, you guessed it, misty rain. And when we walked down to the ceremony site, guess what the weather was doing? Yup. Misty rain.
But then the rain cleared and Megan was able to walk down the aisle on her grandfathers arm to cloudy skies, but no rain.
If rain on your wedding day is supposed to be good luck, then they’ve got it made. (And confession, I’m almost afraid to admit how many weddings I shoot where it does rain on the wedding day. Maybe having me shoot your wedding is just good luck….)
Bryan had one of the best first look reactions! Just look at the way he reacted to Megan. <3
How gorgeous are these pale sage green dresses? Sage and blue is one of my absolutely favorite color combos and I feel like Megan hit it out of the park with this combo.
